This policy explains how Monster Hit Records ("Monster Hit", "we") handles the data sent through monsterhit.us and monsterhit.com.br.

What we collect

• What you type in the form: name, email, artist name, music link and message.
• The audio file you choose to upload (up to 15 MB).
• Technical details of the submission: date and time, IP address and approximate country, used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

Only to review your material, reply to you and, if there is interest, talk about working together. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Messages are stored on Cloudflare and delivered to Monster Hit's email (Zoho Mail and Gmail). Audio files go straight to a private Monster Hit folder on Google Drive. Only the Monster Hit team has access.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to review your material and stay in touch. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contato@monsterhit.com.br.

Copyright

By uploading audio you confirm you have the right to share it. Uploading does not transfer any rights in the work to Monster Hit.
